| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce bude poskytnout komplexní strategickou analýzu trhu s průmyslovými vyráběnými krmivy v EU-28. Na základě výsledků celkové analýzy trhu prostřednictvím důkladného výzkumu současných a budoucích tržních podmínek a analýzy vnitřních zdrojů společnosti ADM bude zhodnoceno, zda dává smysl pro skupinu ADM rozšířit současné evropské operace a začít se aktivně podílet na průmyslové výrobě krmiv. Hlavním úkolem je zjistit, zda a za jakých okolností má smysl pro ADM se přímo podílet na trhu výroby krmných směsí; vše postavené na současné struktuře trhu, makroekonomických faktech a základních předpokladech v kombinaci se skutečným ekonomickým rámcem společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master thesis will be to provide complex strategic analysis of the industrial compound feed market in EU-28. Based on the results of the overall market analysis through the thorough research of current and future market conditions, and analysis of ADM internal resources it will be assessed whether it makes sense for ADM group to extend current European operations and start actively participating in the industrial compound feed production. The main task is to find out whether and under what circumstances makes sense for ADM to participate directly in the compound feed production market; all based on the current market structure, macroeconomic facts and fundamental assumptions in combination with the real economic framework of the company. |
