| Abstract: | První část této práce je zaměřena na změny, kterou s sebou nesou tendence spojené s Průmyslem 4.0. Budou diskutovány možné pozitivní i negativní dopady na českou ekonomiky a především na český trh práce. Druhá část práce je tematicky zaměřena na automatizace procesů. Z manažerského a procesního pohledu se bude zabýváno implementací automatizačních nástrojů ve společnosti Veolia. Práce poskytuje po-měrně podrobný pohled na vnitropodnikové procesy při pokusu o automatizaci procesů ve finančním oddělení. Implementace automatizačních RPA nástrojů spo-lečnosti Veolia pomůže prokazatelně zvýšit efektivitu práce, nicméně pro maximální využití možného potenciálu se firma musí nejprve zaměřit na reengineering vlastních procesů. |

| Abstract: | The first part of this thesisis focused on the changes brought about by Industry 4.0 tendencies. Possible positive and negative impacts on the Czech economy and especially on the Czech labor market will be discussed. The second part of the thesis is focused on the automation of processes in Veolia company. From the management and process point of view. The paper provides a detailed insight into the internal processes when trying to automate processes in the finance department. The implementation of Veolia's RPA automation tools will help increase the efficiency of the work, but to maximize the output value of RPA, the company must first focus on reengineering its own processes. |
