| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice účetního zachycení a prezentaci podnikových kombinací pod společnou kontrolou. V teoretické části jsou syntetizovány globálně a lokálně uznávané účetní standardy (US GAAP, IFRS, IPSAS a české účetní legislativy) a jejich přístup k prezentaci transakcí pod společnou kontrolou. Praktická část práce aspiruje na nalezení takových cest, které mohou sloužit jako nástroj objektivizace finančních informací vztahujících se k podnikovým kombinacím pod společnou kontrolou. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with topics related to accounting treatment and presentation of business combinations under common control. In the theoretical part, globally and locally accepted accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, IPSAS and czech accounting legislation) are synthetized in terms of their approach towards presentation of common control transactions. Practical part aspires to identify such paths that could serve as an tool for objectifying financial information regarding combinations of businesses under common control. |
