| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a zdokonalení controllingu konkrétního podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti controllingu, systému plánů a rozpočtů a členění nákladů. Praktická část nejprve představí zvolený podnik. Následně jsou definovány reporty podniku a sestaveny dílčí rozpočty a hlavní podnikový rozpočet. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího systému controllingu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and improvement of the controlling of a selected company. The work is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part defines basic terms of controlling, system of plans and budgets and classification of costs. The practical part introduces selected company. Subsequently, business reports are defined, and individual budgets and Master budget are compiled. In conclusion, there are proposals to improve the current system of controlling. |
