| Abstract: | Současná úprava dotací v rámci českých účetních předpisů s sebou přináší různá specifika, v jejichž důsledku může docházet ke snížení vypovídací schopnosti účetních výkazů jakožto stěžejního zdroje informací pro ocenění podniku. Cílem diplomové práce je upozornit na tato úskalí, analyzovat jejich možné dopady na proces stanovení hodnoty podniku a v neposlední řadě též navrhnout způsob transformace účetních dat na data odrážející ekonomickou podstatu. |

| Abstract: | The current adjustment of subsidies under Czech accounting regulations brings various specifics, which can lead to a reduction of the reporting capability of accounting statements as a key source of information for the valuation of the company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to highlight these pitfalls, to analyse their possible impacts on the process of determining the value of the company and, last but not least, to propose a method of transformation of accounting data into data reflecting the economic essence. |
