| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma „Hypoteční úvěry v ČR a v Rusku“ je zaměřena na zkoumání trhu hypotečních úvěrů v daných zemích. První část práce zkoumá shody a rozdíly systémů hypotečního úvěrování v ČR a v Rusku a podmínky poskytování úvěrů. Následující empirická část je zaměřena na zkoumání vývoje trhu za posledních 5 let, srovnání reálných nabídek hypotečních úvěrů ve zmíněných zemích pomocí kalkulace 3 nejvýznamnějších bank v každé zemi a na následné prognózování možnosti výrazných změn na trhu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení nabídek hypotečních úvěrů obou zemí a nalezení vhodnější varianty financování bydlení za stanovených podmínek z pohledu klienta. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis "Mortgage Credit in the Czech Republic and Russia" is focused on the examination of the mortgage market in the given countries. The first part examines differences, similarities and the terms of the mortgage systems in the Czech Republic and Russia. The following empirical part focuses on examining market developments over the last 5 years, comparing real mortgage offers in these countries by calculating the 3 most significant banks in each country, and then predicting the potential for significant changes in the market. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the offers of mortgage loans of both countries and to find the most suitable option for financing housing under defined conditions from the perspective of the client. |
