| Abstract: | Diplomová práce „Metody řízení výkonnosti a jejich využití na příkladu konkrétníhopodniku“ zhodnocuje manažerskou metodu řízení výkonnosti Objectives and KeyResults a porovnává ji s metodou Balanced Scorecard. První část je zaměřena naobecné vymezení měření výkonnosti podniku, základní ukazatele a návaznost namanažerské účetnictví. Druhá část se soustředí na metodu Balanced Scorecard. SystémBalanced Scorecard popisuje a vypichuje nejdůležitější principy jeho fungování. Dalšíčást se zabývá metodou Objectives and Key Results, nastiňuje používané principy tétometody a doporučení při její implementaci. Ve čtvrté části se práce zabýváhodnocením metody Objectives and Key Results a porovnáním s metodou BalancedScorecard. Tato část se dále zabývá jejich výhodami a nevýhodami a nejlepšímzpůsobem použití. Poslední, praktická část analyzuje reálné použití OKRs v konkrétníspolečnosti. Závěr zhodnocuje tuto konkrétní podobu použití a navrhuje zlepšenív návaznosti na tradičně používanou a potvrzenou metodu Balanced Scorecard. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis „Performance Management Methods and their use on the exampleof a particular Business“ evaluates management method for performancemeasurement Objectives and Key Results and compare it with Balanced Scorecardmethod. First part is focused on general definition of business performancemeasurement, basic measures and relation to managerial accounting principles.Second part is about method known as Balanced Scorecard. This part describes themethod and point out the most important principles of operation. Next chapter isfocused on Objectives and Key results method, outline its principles andrecommendation for the implementation. Forth part evaluates Objectives and KeyResults method and compare it with Balanced Scorecard method. This part points outadvantages and disadvantages of both and outlines their best use. The practical part ofthe diploma thesis analyses the use of Objectives and Key Results method in particularcompany. Finally, the thesis comes up with evaluation of the particularly used methodand suggests an improvement in relation to traditionally used Balanced Scorecardmethod. |
