| Abstract: | Diplomová práce Právní, daňové a účetní aspekty podnikání v oblasti hotelnictví v České republice podává ucelený přehled o předpisech a zákonech dopadajících na ubytovací služby. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozebrání role ubytovacích zařízení v systému cestovního ruchu, její jednotlivé součásti a nejpodstatnější zákonné povinnosti dané legislativou České republiky. Kromě jiných má každé ubytovací zařízení při výkonu své činnosti povinnost odvádět odpovídající výši daní. Tato výše a další aspekty jsou rozdílné pro různé typy právních forem podniků. Tyto rozdíly jsou mimo jiné předmětem vlastního přínosu praktické části diplomové práce, která zaměřuje svou pozornost na zobrazení plnění popsaných zákonných povinností v praxi. |

| Abstract: | Master thesis Legal, tax and accounting aspects of hotel industry in the Czech Republic gives a comprehensive view of regulations and legislation in relation to accommodation services. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on describing the role of accommodation facilities in the tourism system, its individual components and the most important legal obligations given by the legislation of the Czech Republic. Among other things, each accommodation facility is obliged to pay the appropriate amount of taxes depending on its activities. This amount and other aspects are different for different types of legal forms of businesses. These differences are, among other things, the subject of the author’s contribution of the practical part of the master thesis which focuses its attention on the display of the fulfillment of the described legal obligations in practice. |
