| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza aktuálního stavu zavedení jednotlivých součástí eGovernmentu ve vybraných obcích Mikroregionu Polabí a Mikroregionu Střední Polabí. V pevní části práce bude na základě studia literatury charakterizován potenciál a limity e-Governmentu, jeho výhody a také specifika jeho managementu, včetně všech požadavků, které předkládá česká legislativa. Analytická část práce obsahuje vyhodnocení úspěšnost aplikace a funkčnost jednotlivých sytémů e-Governmentu v praxi. Na základě analýzy fungování Czech POINTu, datových schránek a základních registrů budou formulovány návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení podmínek používání vybraných složek e-Governmentu. Hlavními použitými metodami této diplomové práce jsou především rešerše relevantních zdrojů, strukturované rozhovory, vyhodnocení jeho výstupů a analýza a syntéza získaných poznatků. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current state of implementation of the individual components of eGovernment in selected municipalities of Microregion Polabí and Central Plain Microregion. On the basis of the literature study, the potential of the e-Government, its advantages and the specifics of its management, including all the requirements presented by the Czech legislation, will be characterized. The analytical part of the thesis contains evaluation of the success of the application and the functionality of the individual e-Government systems in practice. Based on the analysis of the functioning of Czech POINT, data boxes and basic registers, proposals and recommendations will be formulated to improve the conditions of use of selected e-Government components. The main methods used in this diploma thesis are primarily the researches of relevant sources, structured interviews, evaluation of its outputs and analysis and synthesis of acquired knowledge. |
