| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje vývoj a současné pojetí korupce a lobbingu z pohledu Spojených států amerických, Velké Británie, Kanady a vybraných států kontinentální Evropy za účelem srovnání s českým pojetím. V teoretické části práce je detailně rozebráno teoretické pojetí korupce a lobbingu a historický vývoj ve vybraných státech. Praktická část je postavena na výzkumu vnímání korupce pomocí Indexu vnímání korupce u vybraných států, který slouží k propojení teoretické problematiky korupce z předchozí části s reálnými daty. Následná korelace Indexu vnímání korupce s Indexem společenského rozvoje a Světovým indexem štěstí potvrzuje stanovené hypotézy práce. Druhou částí je pak analýza současného stavu legislativního řešení korupce a lobbingu v České republice a představení vlastního návrhu zákona o lobbingu i s Etickým kodexem a Důvodovou zprávou. Práce by se mohla stát podkladem pro další rozšíření a výzkum v oblasti mnoha dalších dostupných indexů a pohledů na výzkum korupce či lobbingu. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis analyzes development and current legal conception of lobbying and corruption from the view of United States of America, Great Britain, Canada and couple of chosen states of continental Europe. The main aim is to compare those views with the Czech one. In theoretical part there is detail theoretical split between corruption and lobbying and historical development. Practical part includes two parts, in the first part there is detail development of Corruption perception index and correlation of such with Social perception index and World happiness index. The results answer the stated hypothesis. Second part of the practical part of thesis is current Czech view on corruption and lobbying and practical proposal of the Lobbying Act, together with Ethical codex and Explanatory note. The thesis could be base of much bigger dissertation work with multiple indexes and different views. |
