| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá Junckerovým plánem, který byl vytvořen na úrovni Evropské unie. Jeho podstatu tvoří zapojení dodatečných finančních prostředků ze soukromého sektoru do procesu financování projektů v jednotlivých členských státech, čímž motivuje zadavatele projektů i investory k efektivnějšímu využití financí. V každém státě EU by měla být zřízena jedna instituce, do níž by byly přidělovány finanční prostředky z Evropské unie a dále rozdělovány na území daného státu. V případě ČR se má jednat o Českomoravskou záruční a rozvojovou banku, a.s. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na analýzu na českém trhu, zmiňuje instituce, které se zabývají podporou malých a středních podniků, specifikuje Junckerův plán a rozvojové banky v jiných členských státech. Praktická část se zaměřuje na určení determinant záruk a následné sestrojení ekonometrického modelu. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis is focused on the Juncker plan, which was created at the level of the European Union. It is based on the participation of additional private sector funding to the process of project financing in individual Member States, thereby motivating both project promoters and investors to make more effective use of finance. In each Member States, one institution should be set up, to which funds from the European Union will be allocated and distributed to the country. In the case of the Czech Republic, it's supposed to be Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the Czech market, the institutions dealing with the support of small and medium-sized enterprises, the Juncker Plan and the development banks in other Member States. The practical part focuses on determining the determinants of guarantees and the subsequent construction of the econometric model. |
