| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku finanční a strategické analýzy aplikovanou na společnost České aerolinie a.s. mezi roky 2012 až 2016. Rozdělena je na dvě primární části, metodickou a praktickou. Metodická část shrnuje informace o hlavních vstupních informacích pro finanční analýzu, o uživatelích a také o jednotlivých metodách finanční analýzy. Dále se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení strategické analýzy. Praktická část začíná představením firmy, její historií a charakteristikou. Poté pokračuje praktickou analýzou finančních ukazatelů podniku včetně zhodnocení. V poslední části práce se objeví strategická analýza. V závěru práce je zahrnuto celkové zhodnocení zdraví dané firmy. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of financial and strategic analysis applied to Czech Airlines a.s. in the period from 2012 to 2016. It is divided into two primary parts, methodical and practical. Methodical part summarizes information about main information data for financial analysis, about users and also about individual methods of financial analysis. It also focuses on the theoretical definition of strategic analysis. Practical part begins with the company´s introduction, it´s history and characteristics. It continues with the practical financial ratio analysis including my assessment. In the last part of the thesis strategic analysis appears. The overall assessment of the company´s health is included at the end of the thesis. |
