| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá auditními procedurami užívanými v různých fázích procesu statutárního auditu. Cílem práce je demonstrovat užití auditních procedur a přístupů na modelové situaci u vybrané společnosti a tvorba auditního plánu pro danou společnost. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze 3 kapitol. První kapitola vysvětluje pojem audit, definuje jeho předmět a cíle a popisuje vývoj auditu od jeho počátků až po současnost. Druhá kapitola řeší právní úpravu auditorské činnosti v České republice. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá samotným procesem auditu. Představuje jednotlivé fáze auditu a auditní procedury, které jsou hlavním předmětem této práce. Praktická část popisuje proces auditu na příkladu konkrétní společnosti prostřednictvím modelové situace a navrhuje procedury, které by auditor mohl aplikovat při ověřování účetní závěrky dané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the audit procedures used in the different phases of the statutory audit process. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate the use of audit procedures and approaches to the model situation of the chosen company and example of an audit plan used for the company. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of audit, defines its subject and objectives, and describes the development of the audit from its beginnings until today. The second chapter deals with the legal regulation of audit in the Czech Republic. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the audit process itself. It describes the different audit phases and audit procedures that are the main subject of this work. The practical part describes the process of audit on the example of a concrete chosen company through a model situation and suggests procedures that the auditor could apply when auditing the financial statements of the company. |
