| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zanalyzovat nezávislost auditorské trhu v Polsku. Výsledky této analýzy pak porovnat s analýzou v České republice. Práce se věnuje analýze dat kótovaných společností na Varšavské burze cenných papírů. Zkoumá tak data společností, které jsou subjekty veřejného zájmu. Hlavním předmětem analýzy je výše poplatků za audit a ostatní neauditorské služby, které byly vyplaceny zkoumanými společnostmi v letech 2015-2016. Práce dále popisuje vývoj auditorské profese a její regulace. Porovnává jak vývoj celosvětový, tak vývoj v ČR a v Polsku. Významná část práce se věnuje etice auditorské profese. Důraz je pak kladen zejména na její nezávislost. |

| Abstract: | Main objektive of the thesis is to analyze the independence of the audit market in Poland. The results of this analysis are compared with the analysis in the Czech Republic. The thesis deals with analysis of data of listed companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It examines the data of companies that are public interest entities. The main subject of the analysis is the level of audit fees and other non-audit services paid by surveyed companies between 2015-2016. The thesis also describes the development of the auditing profession and its regulation. It compares developments worldwide and developments in the Czech Republic and Poland. A significant part of the thesis deals with the ethics of the auditing profession. The thesis is focused on independence in particular. |
