| Abstract: | Diplomová práce obsahuje teoretický popis rozhodovacích stromů, regresní analýzy a neuronových sítí jakožto matematicko-statistických metod, které se běžně využívají pro klasifikační úlohy. V aplikační části se tyto postupy použijí na reálných datech z banky a následně se vyhodnotí a srovná přínos jednotlivých modelů. V závěru budou stručně zhodnoceny výsledky, okomentována reálná praxe a doporučení plynoucí z rozboru. |

| Abstract: | The main focus of the thesis is to examine the use of decision trees, regression analysis and neural network as mathematic-statistic methods for classification tasks. The first part of the work contains the theoretical description of the above methods. In the practical part, these methods are applied to the real banking data and then evaluated and compared to each other. In the final part of the work, the author summarises the results, describes the actual banking practice and provides suggestions for possible improvements. |
