| Abstract: | Rešeršní část disertační práce shrnuje současnou problematiku trhu s biopalivy, vymezení pojmů paliv a biopaliv, dále pak představení legislativního rámce, bilance produkce, spotřeby, vývozu a dovozu biopaliv. Disertační práce je v prvé části experimentu zaměřena na stanovení kauzality mezi ropou, fosilními palivy, řepkovým olejem a biopalivy ve vzájemných kombinacích. Dále je vyhodnocen aktuální stav konkurenceschopnosti vysokoprocentních biopaliv v České republice s ohledem na změny v daňové politice v roce 2016 a 2017. V disertační práci je vyhodnocena úroveň kompenzačních podpor, které jsou vypočítány na základě nákladů na biopaliva a ceny ropných paliv. Znalost kompenzačních podpor je důležitá pro investice do sektoru a ekonomiku podniků obchodujících s biopalivy. Dále je navrženo a ekonomicky vyhodnoceno palivo E-Diesel v podmínkách České republiky reagující na požadavky EU a zvýšení množství distribuovaných biopaliv i požadavky úspory GHG a pevných částic. V experimentální části jsou také strategicky analyzovaná nová biopaliva HVO a biobutanol a jejich připravenost k uplatnění na trhu. Experimentální část zahrnuje také dva konkrétní projekty ve spolupráci s Indonéskou republikou z pohledu podnikové ekonomiky. V prvé řadě jsou vyhodnoceny podmínky ekonomičnosti pěstování plodiny Jatrophy Curcas a ekonomika jejího využití pro výrobu bioplynu. V poslední části experimentů je navržena a ekonomicky vyhodnocena výroba elektřiny ze surového palmového oleje. S výsledky disertační práce byli vedle publikačních výstupů seznámeni také pracovníci Svazu pěstitelů a zpracovatelů olejnin, SGS, MPO, MZE a investoři Indonéské republiky. |

| Abstract: | The review part of the thesis summarizes the current issues regarding the biofuel market, defining the terms of fuels and biofuels, the presentation of the legislative framework, the balance of production, consumption, export and import of biofuels. In the first part of the experiment, the thesis focuses on the determination of causality between oil, fossil fuels, rapeseed oil and biofuels. Furthermore, the current state of competitiveness of high-percentage biofuels in the Czech Republic is assessed in the light of changes in tax policy of years 2016 and 2017. The thesis evaluates the level of compensatory aid calculated on the basis of the cost of biofuels and the prices of petroleum fuels. The knowledge of compensatory aid is important for investment in the sector and economy of biofuel businesses. Furthermore, E-Diesel fuel is designed and economically evaluated in the conditions of the Czech Republic, responding to EU requirements and increasing the amount of biofuels distributed as well as GHG and solid particle savings requirements. In the experimental part, there are also strategically analyzed new biofuels HVO and biobutanol and their readiness to enter the market. The experimental part also includes two specific projects in cooperation with the Indonesian Republic from the point of view of the business economy. Firstly, the conditions of the economics of the Jatropha Curcas crop production and the economics of its use for biogas production are evaluated. In the last part of the experiments, the production of electricity from raw palm oil is designed and economically evaluated. With the results of the dissertation, besides the publication outputs, were introduced to stakeholders from the Union of growers and processors of oil plants, SGS, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Agriculture and investors of the Republic of Indonesia. |
