| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti FRIGOLOG s.r.o. k 31. 12. 2017. Práce je strukturovaná do devíti částí, mezi které patří úvod diplomové práce, teoretický úvod, představení společnosti, finanční analýza, strategická analýza, generátory hodnoty, finanční plán, ocenění společnosti a závěr. K ocenění byla využita metoda DCF entity a metoda tržního srovnání. |

The thesis is structured in nine parts, including the introduction of the diploma thesis, theoretical introduction, company presentation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, value generators, financial plan, company valuation and conclusion. The DCF method and the market comparison method were used to evaluate. |
