| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Mlékárna Hlinsko, a.s., k datu 1. 1. 2017 pro běžného investora. Tento podnik se zabývá výrobou mléčných výrobků, které distribuuje na český a zahraniční trh. V první kapitole je provedena strategická analýza trhu. Druhá kapitola hodnotí finanční zdraví firmy. Následuje prognóza generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu na pět let. Výsledné ocenění je provedeno výnosovou metodou s využitím diskontovaného cash flow ve variantě volných peněžních toků pro vlastníky a věřitele (FCFF) a tržním porovnáním pomocí multiplikátoru EV/EBIT a EV/EBITDA. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to determine a market value of Mlékárna Hlinsko, a.s. as of 1 st January 2017 for an ordinary investor. The enterprise produces and distributes dairy products on czech and foreign market. The first chapter contains strategic analysis of the market. Subsequently, the financial health of the company is evaluated in the second one. Following section is devoted to prognosis of value generators and establishment of 5-year financial plan. The final appraisal is carried out by revenue method using discounted cash flow in the form of free cash flow for owners and creditors (FCFF) and by market comparison with the use of EV/EBIT and EV/EBITDA multipliers. |
