| Abstract: | V této práci je kladen důraz na aplikování ověřené teorie fundamentální akciové analýzy v praxi. Čtenář je v průběhu proveden celým postupem předcházejícím konečnému rozhodnutí o koupi akcie. Stanoveným cílem je tedy názorně popsat a zároveň provést čtenáře celým procesem selekce potenciálně nejvýkonnějších akcií od tvorby podkladů, přes zpracování analýz i výpočtů, až po odhalení potenciální ziskové příležitosti a finální investiční rozhodnutí. V práci jsou od sebe zcela odděleny části zpracované teorie a praktického využití, přičemž se obě dále dělí na jednotlivé kapitoly osvětlující ucelené tematické celky jakožto části fundamentální akciové analýzy. |

| Abstract: | In this work, emphasis is placed on the application of the proven theory of fundamental stock analysis in practice. Reader is being guided through the whole procedure preceding the final decision about buying the stock. The stated objective is therefore to illustratively present and guide the reader through the whole process of selection of stock with potentially biggest performance from the preparations of the basis, through analyses and calculations, to revealing a potential profit opportunity and final investment decision. In the thesis, the parts of the processed theory and of the practical use are completely separated from each other, while both of which are divided into individual chapters illustrating the complete thematic units as part of a fundamental stock analysis. |
