| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit čtenáři problematiku přepravy a skladování nebezpečných látek. Teoretická část diplomové práce si klade za cíl analyzovat legislativu v obou výše zmíněných oblastech. Zejména se jedná o mezinárodní dohody o přepravě nebezpečných věcí nebo Globálně harmonizovaný systém klasifikace a označování chemických látek (GHS). V oblasti skladování, na níž navazuje praktická část, jde zejména o nařízení REACH a CLP. Praktická část diplomové práce bude sestavována ve spolupráci se společností Denios s.r.o., která na území Evropy a USA působí již více než 25 let v oblasti práce s nebezpečnými látkami. Jejím cílem je seznámit čtenáře s touto firmou, s jejím produktovým portfoliem. Cílem této části je zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti firmy na našem trhu a nalezení nových potenciálních zákazníků. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on transportation and storing of hazardous materials. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis aims to analyse legislation in the above mentioned areas. In particular, these are international agreements on transport of dangerous goods or the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). The area of storing, which is followed by the practical part, is devoted to the Regulations REACH and CLP. The practical part of the thesis is compiled in cooperation with DENIOS s.r.o. This company is active in Europe and the USA for more than 25 years in the field of storing hazardous materials. The second part is dedicated to understanding the company and its product portfolio. The aim of the final chapter is to evaluate the competitiveness of the company in our market and to find new potential customers. |
