| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat historický vývoj bankovních kartových asociací Visa a Mastercard, provést ucelený popis platebních systémů těchto asociací, charakterizovat jednotlivé platformy, na kterých lze platební karty akceptovat. Cílem práce je také provést analýzu ekonomických časových řad z oblasti akceptace platebních karet s využitím dekompozičního přístupu a Box-Jenkinsovy metodologie. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyse the historical development of Visa and Mastercard bank card associations, to make a comprehensive description of the payment systems of these associations, to characterize individual platforms on which payment cards can be accepted. The goal of this thesis is also to analyse economic time series from the field of payment acceptance service using time series decomposition method and Box-Jenkins methodology. |
