| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku správy konsignačních skladů ve specifickém oboru distribuce zdravotnického materiálu. Cílem práce je navrhnout řešení stávající neuspokojivé situace ve správě konsignačních skladů vybrané společnosti. Na základě podrobné analýzy jsou determinovány problémové okruhy. Jedná se o problematiku hlášení spotřeby z konsignačního skladu, optimalizaci zásob, expirace a proces inventur. Tyto procesy způsobují nadměrné náklady a jsou vhodné pro revizi. Data z analýzy se stala podkladem pro tři varianty řešení, která jsou v práci podrobně popsána a porovnána z několika základních hledisek. Jedna z variant je reálně ve vybrané společnosti ve vývoji a její implementace je očekávána během začátku roku 2019. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis is focused on the issue of consignment stock management in the specific field of distribution of medical materials. The aim of the thesis is to propose a solution of the current unsatisfactory situation in the administration of consignment stocks in selected company. Main problems are based on the detailed analysis of current situation. There are issues about consignment consumption reporting, inventory optimization, expiration, and inventory process. These processes cause excessive costs and are suitable for revision. Data from the analysis has become the basis for three variants of solution, which are described and compared from several basic points of view in thesis. One of the variants is now in development and its implementation is expected in the beginning of 2019. |
