| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou faktoringu a jeho úlohou v bankovní sféře v České republice. V práci je nejprve zpracován úvod do faktoringu, kde je faktoring definován a kde jsou dále popsány základní informace o tomto způsobu financování. Empirická část začíná zachycením současných trendů faktoringu v ČR a Evropě v letech 2007-2018, kde je prostor věnován i korelační analýze objemu faktoringu a HDP. Následuje uvedení nejvýznamnějších faktoringových společností na českém faktoringovém trhu, z nichž některé jsou předmětem další kapitoly zabývající se jejich srovnáním. Cílem práce je komplexně zachytit faktoring jakožto metodu založenou na odkupu pohledávek, vyjádřit korelaci mezi objemem faktoringu a HDP a porovnat pomocí multikriteriální analýzy jednotlivé společnosti, které faktoring na našem trhu provádí a rozvíjí. V práci je dokázáno, že korelační koeficient sledovaných ukazatelů na čtvrtletní bázi je 0,70151 – jedná se tedy o středně těsnou závislost. V rámci vybraných faktoringových společností se na první pozici na základě vybraných ukazatelů umístila ČSOB Factoring, a.s. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of factoring and its role in the banking sphere in the Czech Republic. Firstly, there is an introduction to factoring where factoring is defined and where basic information on this type of financing is described. The empirical part starts with the capture of the current factoring trends in the Czech Republic and Europe between 2007-2018, where space is also devoted to the correlation analysis of factoring volume and GDP. This is followed by the introduction of the most important factoring companies in the Czech factoring market, some of which are the subject of another chapter dealing with their comparison. The aim of the thesis is to capture comprehensively factoring as a method based on the purchase of receivables, to express the correlation between factoring volume and GDP and to compare selected companies performing factoring in our market using multi-criteria analysis. It is proved in the thesis that the correlation coefficient of the monitored indicators on a quarterly basis is 0.70151 – so there is a medium dependence. Among the analysed factoring companies, ČSOB Factoring, a.s., ranked first based on selected indicators. |
