| Abstract: | V této aplikačně zaměřené diplomové práci je praktickým řešeným problémem zefektivnit pracovní prostor a výrobní proces ve společnosti ACO Industries. Cílem práce je vypracování podkladů pro společnost, na jejichž základě se bude rozhodovat o novém layoutu centrální balicí linky. Po literární rešerši je proveden smíšený výzkum v kontextu s PDCA diagramem. Pro naplnění cíle práce je použit špagetový diagram a vypočítána produktivita práce. Pro ergonomický audit je použita metoda RULA. Data jsou sbírána metodou pozorování a na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou navrženy dva nové layouty a příslušná opatření, která budou následně v organizaci implementovány. |

| Abstract: | The practical problem which is solved in this application-oriented thesis, is to increase the efficiency of the workspace and production process at ACO Industries company. The central aim of the thesis is to elaborate on the groundwork for the company and on this basis, it will be decided on the new layout of the central packaging line. After literary research, the mixed study was carried out in the context with the PDCA diagram. To fulfill the main objective of this thesis, the so-called spaghetti diagram is used and also the labor productivity is calculated. The RULA method was used for ergonomic audit. The needed data were collected by the observation method. Based on these findings, a two new layouts was suggested as well as the appropriate measures that will be afterwards implemented in the organization. |
