| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční benchmarking podniku DEICHMANN – OBUV s.r.o. za období 2012 – 2016. Cílem této práce je vyhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku včetně nalezení jeho silných a slabých stránek za použití benchmarkingového diagnostického systému finančních indikátorů INFA umožňující porovnání výkonnosti s průměrem odvětví, ve kterém se podnik nachází, s nejlepšími podniky v tomto odvětví a též se třemi přímými konkurenty. Metodologická část se zabývá klíčovými charakteristikami, postupy a metodami finanční analýzy a finančního benchmarkingu. V praktické části jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány na vybraný podnik a v závěru se nachází vyhodnocení výsledků, kterých bylo pomocí finančního benchmarkingu dosaženo, a stanovení doporučení pro budoucí vývoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on financial benchmarking of DEICHMANN – OBUV s.r.o. company in the time period from 2012 to 2016. The aim of this work is to evaluate financial situation of the company including identifying its strengths and weaknesses by using INFA diagnostic system of financial indicators that allows to compare the performance with the appropriate industry average and with the best companies in this industry as well as with three direct competitors. The theoretical part includes the key characteristics, procedures and methods of financial analysis and financial benchmarking. In the practical part, this knowledge is applied to the selected company. The conclusion of this work includes evaluation of achieved results as well as recommendations for future development. |
