| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje reformám řeckého pracovního trhu implementovaných v letech 2010-2015 a jejich vlivu na dlouhodobou nezaměstnanost. V první kapitole uvádí teorii pracovního trhu, vliv kolektivního vyjednávání a minimální mzdy. V druhé kapitole popisuje teorii nezaměstnanosti a příčiny, dopady a způsoby možného řešení dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti. Třetí kapitola pak charakterizuje reformy podpory v nezaměstnanosti, kolektivního vyjednávání a minimální mzdy, ochrany zaměstnanosti a aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. V závěrečné kapitole je následně analyzován dopad reforem na dlouhodobou nezaměstnanost. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the description of the Greek labour market reforms implemented in years 2010-2015 and its impact on the long-term unemployment. The first chapter focuses on the theory of the labour market, on the impact of collective bargaining and minimum wage. The second chapter describes the theory of unemployment and the general causes, impacts and possible measures for long-term unemployment. The third chapter characterizes the individual reforms of unemployment benefits, collective bargaining and minimum wage, employment protection and active labour market policy. The final chapter consequently analyses the impact of these reforms on the long-term unemployment. |
