| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení Brazílie na světovém trhu sóji. První kapitola se zabývá základní charakteristikou sóji luštinaté včetně biologického popisu, historického shrnutí, procesu produkce, procesu jejího pěstování, výčtu druhů této suroviny a způsobu jejich zpracování. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na světový trh se sójou, kde se specifikuje celkové využití sóji včetně sójových potravinářských výrobků. Následuje analýza nabídky a poptávky na světovém trhu sóji, vývoj světové ceny sóji spolu s faktory, jež ji ovlivňují a nastínění těch nejvýznamnějších producentů. Poslední kapitola pojme svým obsahem samotnou Brazílii, k jejíž analýze je nutno zohlednit několik faktorů, mezi které patří klimatická a geografická charakteristika, základní makroekonomické ukazatele, produkční a vývozní výkonnost této komodity včetně forem obchodování. V neposlední řadě je zde prezentován vliv mezinárodních organizací, jež brazilský obchod se sójou rovněž ovlivňují. Na závěr jsou popsány perspektivy brazilského trhu se sójou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to evaluate Brazil in the global soy market. The first chapter deals with the basic characteristics of soybean, including the biological description, historical summary, process and areas of cultivation along with the types of soy and their processing. The second chapter focuses on the global soy market, where an overall use of soy, including soy food products, is specified. Another point makes the analysis of world soybean supply and demand, the evolution of the soybean prices along with the factors that affect it the most, including outlining the most important producers. The last chapter deals with the characteristics of Brazil itself to which the analysis is necessary to consider several factors, including climate and geographical characteristics, basic macroeconomic indicators, production and export performance of this commodity and several forms of trading. Finally, the influence of main international organizations in the Brazilian soybean market is presented. In conclusion, the perspectives of the Brazilian soy market are described. |
