| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dědickým právem. Práce se soustředí na právní úpravu závěti. Cílem práce je předně představit čtenáři jednotlivé dědické instituty, s důrazem na závěť a dědickou smlouvu. Práce obsahuje popis závěti v současném a ve dvou předchozích platných občanských zákonících. Pozornost je věnována i odkazu a dovětku. V praktické části jde o zhodnocení využití dědické smlouvy a závěti v praxi na základě konzultací s notáři. Vzory závětí a dědické smlouvy slouží pro bližší přiblížení tématu. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the inheritance law. The thesis concentrates on legislation of testament. The goal of the thesis is to introduce the reader individual inheritance institutes, with emphasis on mentioned testament and a contract of inheritance. The thesis also contains a description of testament in the current and two previous and valid Civil Codes. Attention is also paid to a legacy and a codicil. In practical part of the thesis there is evaluation of the use of the inheritance contract and the testament in practice based on consultation with notaries. Examples of testaments and inheritance contract are for closer approach of the theme. |
