| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou nájmu, kterou zavedl nový občanský zákoník. Pozornost je rovněž věnována popsání hlavních rozdílů mezi předchozí a současnou úpravou nájmu. Práce nepokrývá celou oblast úpravy nájmu, ale důraz je kladen především na obecný nájem a dále na nájem bytu a domu. V přílohách práce lze nalézt vzor nájemní smlouvy a dalších souvisejících podání, které mají sloužit čtenáři jako praktické příklady. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the lease regulations contained in the new Civil Code. Attention is also paid to describing the main differences between the previous and the current lease regulations. The thesis does not cover the whole area of lease, but the emphasis is mainly on general rental and on an apartment and house renting. In addendum of the thesis can be found the model of the lease agreement and other related submissions to provide the reader with practical examples. |
