| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá interkulturní spoluprací při obchodním jednání mezi Německem a Českou republikou. Cílem diplomové práce je doporučit Čechům postupy při obchodním jednání s německými partnery. Teoretická část popisuje obchodní jednání a kulturu. Jako metodu sběru dat jsem zvolila polostrukturované rozhovory s respondenty z praxe, kteří jednají s německými obchodními partery. Na základě zjištěných kulturních odlišností jsem sestavila doporučení pro Čechy jednající s německými obchodními partnery. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is intercultural cooperation in business environment between Germany and Czech republic. The goal of this thesis is to recommend the Czechs ways of doing business meetings with German business partners. Theoretical part describes business meetings and culture. As a method of collecting data I've chosen semi-structed interviews with respondents, who are dealing with german business partners. Based on found cultural differencies I've created recommendations for the Czechs who are dealing with German business partners. |
