| Abstract: | Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti MASO WEST, spol. s r. o. Cílem je nezávisle zhodnotit finanční zdraví vybrané firmy během let 2013-2017 za využití metod a principů známých ve finanční analýze z informací dohledatelných z veřejných dostupných zdrojů.Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, jimiž jsou část metodická a část analytická. První část je věnována metodice, která definuje finanční analýzu jako takovou, její postupy, ukazatele a modely. V následující části je představena vybraná společnost a dochází k aplikaci zmíněných ukazatelů. Mimo jiné bude provedena také horizontální a vertikální analýza, srovnání s konkurenčními firmami v odvětví či zhodnocení finančního zdraví zvolené společnosti za užití bankrotních a bonitních modelů. |

| Abstract: | The following bachelor thesis is focused on the financial analysis of the company MASO WEST, spol. s r. o. The purpose of this thesis is to independently evaluate the financial health of the chosen company through the years 2013–2017 using the methods and principles known in financial analysis and using information available from public sources.The thesis is divided into two parts: the methodological part and the analytical part. The first part is dedicated to the methodology, which defines financial analysis in general. There is also described its procedures, indicators and models.In the second part of the thesis, the analysed company is being introduced. Specifically, the aforementioned indicators are being applied. This part also contains the horizontal and vertical analysis, comparison with the competition in the industry and assessment of the financial health of the target firm using the bankruptcy and credit-score models. |
