| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se věnuji institutům majetku manželů, které jsou upravitelné formou smluv. Zabývám se možností změny majetkové správy a struktury, především při podnikatelských zájmech. Cílem je přiblížit právní možnosti budoucích manželů či stávajících manželských párů pro ochranu jejich věcného práva a vlastnictví. Rizika plynoucí nejen z podnikatelských aktivit přibližuji na příkladech reálných situací. Aspekty spojené s problematikou dokazuji na provedeném výzkumu, založeném na získání názoru a přístupu u osob do věku 26 let, bez zkušenosti s manželstvím. Druhou částí je komparace vzorových smluv na území České republiky a Francie, která napomáhá k vytvoření mého vlastního návrhu řešení majetkové struktury mezi manželi. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the institute of property of spouses, which are editable in the form of contracts. I deal with the possibility of changing property management and structure, especially with business interests. The aim is to bring the legal possibilities for future spouses or existing married couples to protect their property rights and property. The risks arising not only from business activities are illustrated by examples of real situations. Problems related to the issue are proved by the research, based on the opinion and approach of persons up to the age of 26, without experience of marriage. The second part is a comparison of sample contracts in the Czech Republic and France, which helps to create my own proposal for solving property structure between spouses. |
