| Abstract: | Diplomová práce analyzuje dynamiku šíření čtvrté průmyslové revoluce skrze proces europeizace v Evropské komisi a vládě České republiky a tyto výsledky porovnává. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, z nichž první, teoretická, se zabývá především mezinárodními normami a normotvorným procesem, vysvětluje cyklus norem a hlavní pojmy s tím spojené, přibližuje normativní sílu a europeizaci. Druhá kapitola je spíše praktická a zaměřuje se na porovnání dynamiky šíření Průmyslu 4.0 skrze Evropskou komisi a vládu ČR, zmiňuje jednotlivé iniciativy, které byly dosud v tomto ohledu implementovány, a znázorňuje, jakým způsobem byl Průmysl 4.0 zaváděn do vnitřních politik. |

| Abstract: | This Diploma thesis analyses the dynamics of spreading of the fourth industrial revolution through the process of Europeanization within the European Commission as well as within the Czech government and it compares these results. The thesis is divided into two main parts – the first one is rather theoretical, describing international norms and normative process, explaining the life cycle of these norms and the main concepts associated with this term – such as normative power and Europeanization. The second part is empirical and it is focused mainly on the comparison of the dynamics of spreading of the Industry 4.0 through the European Commission and the government of the Czech Republic, describing the initiatives that have been implemented so far and showing how the phenomenon of Industry 4.0 has been integrated into the national policies. |
