| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá ekonomickým potenciálem příchozích uprchlíků do Německa v letech 2015 až 2018. Jejím cílem je na základě teoretického rámce problematiky uprchlictví a charakteristiky uprchlíků v Německu posoudit jejich ekonomický potenciál. Samotná práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První je teoretická, která definuje základní pojmy a teorie migrace. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na aktuální uprchlickou krizi v Německu a charakteristiku příchozích uprchlíků dle údajů německých úřadů. Ve třetí kapitole je představeno dotazníkové šetření z uprchlických center v Německu a hloubkové rozhovory s uprchlíky. Na základě porovnání získaných informací druhé a třetí kapitoly je následně vyvozen závěr. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the economic potential of incoming refugees to Germany from 2015 to 2018. Its aim is to assess their economic potential based on the theoretical framework of migration and refugee characteristics in Germany. The thesis itself is divided into three chapters. The first one is theoretical, where the basic concepts and theories of migration are defined. The second chapter is focused on the current refugee crisis in Germany and the characteristics of incoming refugees according to data from the German authorities. The third chapter presents a questionnaire survey conducted in refugee centers in Germany and in-depth interviews with refugees. Based on the comparison of the information obtained in the second and third chapter, a conclusion is drawn. |
