Characteristics of Mexico's business and employment environment

In this bachelor thesis I analyze and compare the characteristics of the business and employment environment of Mexico in relation to the economic and social context and also in relation to my own experience with this environment. The main goal and contribution of my work is to assess the current situation of the business environment of Mexico and its further development based on the collected information. As a partial goal, I offer a series of recommendations for exporters from the Czech Republic and a view of the position of a woman in a Mexican business. In the first theoretical section I deal with the political and socio-economic conditions of Mexico, where I focus on historical-social development and basic economic indicators related to business and work environment. In the second theoretical and more extensive section of the work, I am already concerned with the particularities of the business and employment environment, which I occasionally put into practice examples and statements by local residents on the subject. Specifically, in the second section, I analyze the Mexican management, the labor-law context, the employment environment, the process of setting up a business and the habitual practice of doing business. The last section is practical and focuses on the business position and employment environment of a Mexican company called Mármoles Arca, in which I worked briefly as an intern and which I believe to characterize the general situation of the Mexican economy and society. This section includes internal information about the company that was provided to me and an interview with its sales director.
