| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je nalézt odpovědi na tři výzkumné otázky. Jsou mladší hráči dražší než ti starší a zkušenější? Jaký vliv má finanční fair play na kluby od jeho zavedení? Co může způsobovat rostoucí ceny na trhu fotbalových hráčů? První otázka je řešena pomocí korelace, což je ideální metoda pro nalezení vztahu mezi dvěma proměnnými, v tomto případě tedy věkem a cenou hráče. Následující dvě otázky jsou pak řešené deskripcí a indukcí k vyvození obecných závěrů. Práce se zabývá evropským fotbalem a zejména TOP 5 evropskými soutěžemi. U první výzkumné otázky jsou patrné spíše krátkodobé trendy, konkrétně je pozorován tříletý vývoj na trhu. U finančního fair play už je ale u klubů zaznamenán vývoj od jeho zavedení v sezóně 2010/11. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to answer three research questions. Are younger players more expensive than older and more experienced? What impact has the financial fair play had on the football clubs since it was introduced? Which factors could cause the increase in prices of football players? The first question is being answered by using the correlation which determines the relationship between two variables. In this case the age and the price of the player. To answer following research questions, it has been used description and induction to draw general conclusions. The main focus in this thesis is on European football and mainly on TOP 5 European competitions. In the first research question are rather short-term trends evident as the data are collected for the last three years. By the financial fair play, there is observed the development since it came in force in the season 2010/11. |
