| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá předností práva EU ve vztahu k vnitrostátním právním řádům členských států. Hlavním cílem je definovat princip přednosti práva EU a jeho důležitá specifika s ním spojená, přičemž nedílnou součástí práce je přiblížení a zanalyzování případů, které napomohly k objasnění zásady přednosti. Neméně podstatnou částí práce je porovnání vztahu mezi unijním právem a ústavním právem České republiky a Německa na skutečných případech. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the primacy of European Union law in relation to national law of EU member states. The main goal is to define the principle of the primacy of European law and its important specifics. Analysis of cases which helped to clarify the principle of the primacy of EU law is an integral part of the thesis. No less substantive part of the thesis is comparison of the relation between European Union law and constitutional law of the Czech Republic and Germany on real cases. |
