| Abstract: | Nerovnoměrné zastoupení žen na manažerských pozicích se vyskytuje téměř na celém světě, Čínu nevyjímaje. V určitých oblastech existuje diskriminace, popřípadě úspěšné ženy čelí předsudkům. První kapitola charakterizuje současnou čínskou společnost a čínské obchodní jednání a jeho specifika. Druhá kapitola se věnuje postavení čínských žen ve společnosti a jeho vývoji. Třetí kapitola již obsahuje analýzu postavení žen v současném čínském pracovním prostředí se zaměřením na ženy na manažerských pozicích. |

| Abstract: | The unequal representation of women in managerial positions is found almost all over the world, including China. There is discrimination in certain areas, or successful women face prejudices. The first chapter characterizes contemporary Chinese society and Chinese business etiquette and its specifics. The second chapter deals with the position of Chinese women in society and its development. The third chapter contains an analysis of the status of women in the current Chinese working environment with a focus on women in managerial positions. |
