Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení efektivnosti zdanění nezdravých potravin jako jedno z možných řešení zdravotních problémů spojených se špatnou životosprávou. Tento problém je velmi aktuální, neboť stále narůstá počet zdravotních onemocnění, obzvlášť u mladých lidí.Právě ve stravování (a zejména u nápojů) vidí několik států příležitost, jak pomocí fiskálních nástrojů „upravit“ stravovací návyky, způsoby a zvyky obyvatel. Jednotlivé státy vycházejí z předpokladu, že vyšší cena odradí, či přinejmenším značně sníží poptávku po nezdravé stravě. Ne vždy má však zamýšlená daň tentýž účinek.Tato bakalářská práce se snaží rozklíčovat jednotlivé úmysly, zavedení a posléze i dopad daně na obyvatele, tedy zda finální stav odpovídá zamýšleným cílům. Vychází z právních úprav Velké Británie, Maďarska, Dánska a Francie pro analýzu, komparaci a následné posouzení účinnosti daně.Rozpracováno je také téma alternativní cesty k možné osvětě. |

Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of taxation unhealthy food since it is seen as one of the solutions on how to deal with obesity. This health problem is very topical because the number of diseases is constantly growing, especially in the case of young people, specifically children. Many states see an opportunity how to adjust people’s habits concerning eating and drinking soft beverages via fiscal instruments. States assume that higher price will discourage consumers from buying unhealthy food which will lead to reduced demand for those food.This bachelor thesis tries to figure out intentions, implementation and the overall impact of those taxes on the population. It elaborates individual tax legislations of Great Britain, Hungary, Denmark and France to analyse, compare and review the efficiency of such taxes.This thesis also deals with an alternative approach to the possible enlightenment. |
