| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce analyzuje legislativu Evropské unie, která by jakkoliv mohla ovlivnit obchod s rybími produkty Islandu. Rybolov je pro Island a jeho ekonomiku klíčový. Do svého právního systému transponoval evropskou legislativu v rámci Evropského hospodářského prostoru, ale rybolovná politika není zahrnuta. Island s Evropskou unií uzavřel dohodu o rybolovu. Výzkum se soustředí na období od roku 2013 do roku 2018, ale v práci jsou zmíněny také historické události, politické výkyvy a dohody vydané v dřívějších letech. Na základě vypracované teoretické části, která popisuje ekonomický pohled i pohled na rybolovný sektor jak Islandu, tak Evropské unie a jejich společný vztah, je v praktické části rozebrána ústřední otázka: Existuje nějaký vliv legislativy Evropské unie na obchod s rybími produkty Islandu? |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis analyzes the European Union legislation, which could in any way influence the fish products trade of Iceland. Fishing is crucial for Iceland and its economy. It has transposed European legislation within the European Economic Area into its legal system, but fisheries policy was not included. Iceland has concluded a fisheries agreement with the European Union. The research focuses on the period from 2013 to 2018, but historical events, political fluctuations, and agreements made in earlier years are also mentioned. On the basis of the theoretical part, which describes the economic view and the view of the fishing sector in Iceland and the European Union and their mutual relationship, in the practical part is discussed the main question: Is there any influence of the European Union legislation on the fish products trade of Iceland? |
