| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá regulací dronů v Evropské unii. Rostoucí popularita na dálku řízených letounů přináší nutnost začít s jejich regulací. V současné době se pravidla pro létání s drony různí dle jednotlivých států EU. Drony představují budoucnost a mají velký ekonomický potenciál. Nejen z tohoto důvodu, ale také z důvodu ochrany soukromí, bezpečí nebo ochrany životního prostředí se Evropská unie rozhodla přijít s novými pravidly a vydala nové nařízení. Cílem práce je poukázat na konkrétní rozdíly regulace dronů na vnitrostátní úrovni jednotlivých států a porovnat je s novou evropskou regulací. Dále také na základě případové studie zanalyzovat ekonomické a bezpečnostní dopady nové evropské regulace. Dílčím cílem je zhodnotit, v jakých státech EU jsou aktuálně pravidla nejpřísnější, a ve kterých naopak nejmírnější. Druhým dílčím cílem je porovnání konkrétních technických požadavků s aktuálním technickým stavem dronů vybraných k posouzení v případové studii. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the regulation of drones in the European Union. Presently, the rules for drone usage vary from one EU country to another. Drones represent the future and offer great economic potential. In light of the growing popularity of remote-controlled aircraft - as well the existence of legitimate concerns relating to privacy, security and the environment - the European Union has introduced regulations concerning the use of drones. This thesis highlights specific differences in drone regulation at national level and compares them with new European regulations. Furthermore, drawing on an original case study created for this thesis, analysis is offered on the potential economic and security impacts of the new European regulations. One of the primary goals of this thesis is to evaluate which EU countries currently have the strictest drone regulations in place and which, on the other hand, have the mildest ones. A secondary aim of the thesis is to compare specific technical requirements of the EU regulations with the actual technical conditions of the drones selected for the case study. |
