| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje čerpání evropských dotací v oblasti vzdělávání v České republice v programovém období 2007-2013 a 2014-2020. Vzdělávání je důležitou oblastí, která je klíčová pro rozvoj společnosti, hospodářský růst a konkurenceschopnost Evropské unie vůči ostatním státům. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit čerpání dotací v oblasti vzdělávání na základě vybraných projektů a provést analýzu prostředků, které jsou poskytovány do oblasti vzdělávání. Součástí práce je také představení strukturálních a investičních fondů EU, ze kterých se nejvíce na oblast vzdělávání zaměřoval Evropský sociální fond. Dále jsou uvedeny konkrétní komunitární programy, jež se zabývaly financováním oblasti vzdělávání. Jedná se o Program celoživotní učení a program Erasmus+. Dalším cílem této práce je představit jednotlivé kroky procesu žádosti o dotace, upozornit na rizika spojená se získáním dotace a představit preventivní opatření proti podvodnému jednání. Práce dospěla k závěru, že dotace z EU mohou přispívat ke zlepšení vzdělávání a umožňují realizovat projekty nad rámec rozpočtu ČR. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with drawing subsidies from EU funds in the field of education in the Czech Republic in the programming period 2007-2013 and 2014-2020. Education is an important area which is crucial for the development of society, economic growth and the competitiveness of the European Union towards other countries. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the drawing of subsidies in the area of education based on selected projects and to analyse the resources which are provided to the area of education. This thesis also includes performances of the Structural and investment EU Funds, from which was European Social Fund the most focused on the area of education. The Specific Community programs which have been dealing with the funding of education are as well considered. These are the Lifelong Learning Program and the Erasmus + Program. Another objective of this work is to introduce the individual steps of the grant application process, to draw attention to the risks associated with obtaining a subsidy and to introduce preventive measures against frauds. The thesis concludes that EU subsidies can contribute to better education and enable projects beyond the Czech Republic's budget to be implemented. |
