| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pozice společnosti Smartwings na českém leteckém trhu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny nejdůležitější údaje a zajímavosti o společnosti, její historický vývoj, přehled služeb, vývoj flotily a obecně význam letectví v cestovním ruchu. Dále v praktické části je výzkum interní a externí analýzy podniku k posouzení jeho pozice na trhu. V této práci jsou použity následující nástroje: PEST analýza, komparace, finanční analýza a na závěr SWOT analýza. Cílem je na základě výsledků z těchto analýz zhodnotit současnou pozici podniku na českém leteckém trhu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the position of Smartwings on the Czech aviation market. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are mentioned the most important facts about the society, its historical development, overview of services, fleet development and generally the importance of aviation in tourism. Furthermore, in the practical part is a research of internal and external analysis of the company to assess its position on the market. In this work, the following tools are used: PEST analysis, comparison, financial analysis and finally SWOT analysis. The aim is to evaluate the current position of the company on the Czech aviation market based on the results of these analyzes. |
