| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo vytvoření podnikatelského plánu v odvětví IT v oboru konzultačních služeb, IT procesů, řízení projektů a vývoje účetního a finančního software. Teoretická rešerše popisuje způsoby podnikání a předkládá možné právní formy včetně jejich po-rovnání. Následně uvádí strukturu podnikatelského plánu, kterou převádí do praxe se-psáním reálného podnikatelského plánu. Metodická část je podpořena nástroji externí a interní analýzy PEST, Porterova modelu pěti sil a SWOT. Praktická část navazuje na teoreticky popisovanou strukturu plánu a rozpracovává její jednotlivé části s cílem zís-kat obraz o finančním plánu a rizikách, která slouží jako výstupní argument, zda a ja-kým způsobem spustit tento model podnikání. Sestavený finanční plán potvrdil realizo-vatelnost všech variant, přičemž i pesimistická v posledním měřeném (třetím) roce dosáhla kladné hodnoty čistého zisku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis was to create a business plan in IT consulting services, IT processes, project management and accounting and finance software development. Theoretical section describes the way of business and presents possible legal forms including their comparison. Then states business plan structure, transforming into practical level by creating real business plan. Methodology is supported by external and internal analytical tools such as PEST, Porter's Five Forces and SWOT. Practical section follows the theoretical section and develops its individual parts to obtain a finance plan and risks view, which provides output argument, if and how to activate this business model. Created finance plan confirmed feasibility of all variants, even for pessimistic, which has reached the net profit in the last measured (third) year. |
