| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou user experience. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s pojmem user experience a jeho základními principy. Dále autorka rozebírá možnosti uživatelského výzkumu a testování webových stránek. Prostor je věnován zvláště problematice usability testingu, jenž je předmětem i praktické části této bakalářské práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je určit roli user experience designu na chování uživatele. V praktické části autorka představuje testované webové stránky. Následuje analýza současného stavu těchto stránek a stanovení hypotéz pro následný usability test. Proběhlý usability test je podrobně popsán, včetně názorů a chování testujících. V závěru jsou výsledky srovnány s úvodními předpoklady. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is about user experience (UX). In the theoretical part of this thesis, the author explains what the user experience is and what are the basic principles of it. Further, the author writes about user research and website testing, especially usability testing. Usability testing is the primary subject of the practical part of this theses. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to connect user behavior with user experience design.In the practical part, the author introduces tested websites followed by an analysis of their current states and sets a usability test's hypothesis. The process of the usability test is described in detail, including the behavior of testing users. As a conclusion, the results of the usability test are compared with the presumed hypothesis. |
