| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit problematiku ochrany osobních se zaměřením na školství. Teoretická část práce obsahuje historii ochrany osobních údajů a vymezení základních pojmů spojených s ochranou osobních údajů. Zabývá se implementací Nařízení GDPR do českého prostředí. Rešerše diplomové práce upozorňuje na to, co se v ochraně osobních údajů změnilo a co naopak zůstává stejné. Cílem praktické části je posoudit ochranu osobních údajů a implementaci GDPR ve vztahu ke školství. V praktické části jsou nastíněny problémy, které školy provází. Diplomová práce je zpracována v souladu s uvedenou metodologií. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the issue of personal data protection with a focus on education. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the history of personal data protection and the definition of basic terms related to the protection of personal data. It deals with the implementation of the GDPR Regulation in the Czech surroundings. The research of the thesis highlights what has changed in the protection of personal data and what remains the same. The aim of the practical part is to assess the protection of personal data and implementation of GDPR in relation to education. The problems which accompany the schools are delineated in the practical part. The thesis is processed according to the methodology. |
