| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá vytvořením školících materiálů pro manažera kybernetické bezpečnosti dle zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá uvedením do kontextu v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti, její regulace legislativou pro určité organizace a systémem řízení bezpečnosti informací. Praktická část práce je vyhrazena samotnému školícímu kurzu. V úvodu kurzu se seznámíme se zákonem a vyhláškou kybernetické bezpečnosti a povinnostmi manažera se zaměřením na státní instituce. Pro vzdělávací účely je navržena fiktivní organizace ve státním sektoru vedoucí ke zvýšení informovanosti a možnosti simulování rozhodování dotčených rolí. Na tuto fiktivní organizaci je vytvořen školící materiál, který je obsahem kurzu. Po ukončení praktické části se tento kurz aplikuje na reálné subjekty a výsledky se vyhodnotí. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the creation of training materials for the cyber security manager according to the Cyber Security Act. The theoretical part deals with the introduction into the context of cyber security, its regulation by legislation for certain organizations and the information security management system. The practical part is dedicated to the training course itself. At the beginning of the course we will become acquainted with the law and the decree of cyber security and the duties of a manager with a focus on state institutions. For educational purposes, a fictional organization in the state sector is designed to increase awareness and the ability to simulate the decisions of the roles involved. Training material which is part of the course, is created for the fictional organization. After the practical part, the course is applied to real subjects and the results are evaluated. |
