| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je na základě provedené analýzy trhu USA vyhodnotit vstup na trh v univerzitním a vědeckém segmentu pro účely technologické spin-off společnosti AtomTrace, a.s. Na základě zjištění aktuálního stavu na tomto zahraničním trhu a zároveň na základě rozboru situace firmy pak doporučit či nedoporučit vstup na trh. Vedlejším cílem je identifikovat strategické kroky za účelem úspěšného vstupu na trh přizpůsobením komunikace firmy a produktu Sci-Trace pro vybraný segment a navrhnout doporučení pro zvýšení celkového povědomí o značce AtomTrace, a.s. v USA. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to evaluate entrance of technological spin-off company AtomTrace a.s. to a scientific and university market segment in the USA. And finally, to recommend or discourage entrance, based upon analysis of current state of the US market while taking into account state of the AtomTrace company. Research findings also include identification of strategic adjustments to Sci-Trace product and company communication to improve brand awareness on the selected market. |
