| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je identifikace dosavadního vývoje technologie blockchain v rámci mezinárodního clearingu a ohodnoceni dopadu na zajištění platebního styku. Teoretická část vysvětluje princip fungovaní korespondenčního bankovnictví a navazujícího systému SWIFT. Dále se zabývá technologii blockchain a výhodami které tato technologie přináší. Praktická část poskytuje praktický přehled fungování DLT platformy – Ripple a blockchain platformy – Corda, a nakonec porovnává všechny tři systémy. Tato komparace tak dává komplexní přehled o směru rozvoje mezinárodní clearingu a výhodami které nabízí DLT oproti SWIFT. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the identification of the current development of blockchain technology within the framework of international clearing and the assessment of the impacts on the payment system. The theoretical part explains the principles of correspondent banking and system SWIFT. Furthermore, deals with blockchain technology and the benefits which this technology brings. The practical part provides an up-to-date overview of the DLT platform - Ripple and the blockchain platform - Corda and finally compares all three systems. This comparison gives a comprehensive overview of the development of international clearing development and the benefits offered by DLT over SWIFT. |
