| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je se zaměřuje na vzdělanostní potřeby zastupitelů obcí v oblasti managementu krajiny. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký je rozsah znalostí nově zvolených zastupitelů obcí v Jihočeském a v Plzeňském kraji v této oblasti, a to zejména s ohledem na odtokové poměry. Na základě výsledků zjištěných informací budou navrženy oblasti, na něž by se případné vzdělávání zastupitelů mělo zaměřit, a to v zájmu o zlepšení situace. Teoretická část je věnována vybraným oblastem v managementu krajiny, v praktické části je realizován vědomostní test, kdy po vyhodnocení stavu znalostí jsou v závěru práce navržena doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení tohoto stavu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on educational needs of municipal representatives in the field of landscape management. The aim of this work is to find out what is the extent of knowledge of newly elected municipal representatives in South Bohemia and Pilsen region in this area, especially with regard to runoff conditions. Based on the results of the information gathered, areas for potential representative training should be proposed in order to improve the situation. The theoretical part is devoted to selected areas in landscape management, in the practical part is realized knowledge test, when after the evaluation of the state of knowledge recommendations at the end of the thesis leading to improvement of this state are proposed. |
